The flagstaff law enforcement association is proud to present an officer of the year award each year at their sponsored flagstaff police department awards banquet! this year was the 5th year this award was presented and has significant meaning to the association as it is given to one of its members after members nominate who they feel is deserving and then voted on by flea's executive board and representation committee. this award recognizes the member for their hard work and sacrifice in this profession.
